The Van der Gootplantsoen is part of the unique project Bodelaeke. Bodelaeke is unique because of its notable combination of nature, living and recreation that is being realised. The project is situated on the edge of nature reserve The Weerribben -Wieden, in a water rich environment of 166 acres, of which only 15 acres is intended for development. Bodelaeke offers; free lots and detached villa's for permanent residence, recreational villa's, boathouses and soon a marina with a restaurant. As a resident of the Van der Gootplantsoen you can enjoy the waterresort as any other visitor. 

INFORMATIONCENTER & CONTACT DETAILS
The information center is located next to site where the 8 detached villa's are being realised. At the information center you can find building drawings, samples of building materials and completely furnished kitchens and bathrooms. You can get an excellent view of the possibilities.
Opened daily from 11.00 - 16.00 hours, you can roam freely and get basic information on the projects. For specific information you can make an appointment with a sales advisor.
